Mother's Day

This year Mother's Day was wonderful!  Eleanor and Jonah were dedicated at Christ Community Chapel.  Matt and I stood before God, family and the church and promised to raise our children according to the bible and in a Godly way.  Then the sermon was phenomenal, all about the fruits of the Spirit, starting with love.  I was blown away!

Next Jonah went home with Matt to nap and the rest of us went to Belgrade's.  It's a locally famous restaurant for fried chicken.  It was actually featured on Food Wars and won!  The chicken and hot sauce (spicy rice) are so good.  Kelly allowed me to give Teddy a little lemon wedge....clearly he loved it!  

Then, we changed into comfy clothes and Eleanor and I went over to Matt's.  I got some really nice gifts from the kids!  To end the day Matt and I went to a comedy show by Steven Lynch.  He's a singing comedian and he was hilarious!  I felt like the luckiest mommy all day.  I truly feel so blessed!

Happy Mother's Day!!  What grandma doesn't love pictures of her grandkids for a gift?!?  Kelly and I took the kids and got some priceless pictures of all of us!
